The fact that customers are in touch with specialists in their sphere of activity gives them invaluable help in ensuring a better understanding of their expectations, and better management of the technical data, production and quality specific to their field

Air Liquide has among its personnel a number of people with past experience in aeronautics. The 10 years I spent working for a plane manufacturer have given me a good understanding of what is expected of us by the people who are today our customers, since I have been one myself. We can use our knowledge of planes and the constraints involved to find a better compromise between the requirements of the plane manufacturer and our own interests, in terms of both technical and economic solutions. Knowing how plane manufacturers think can help us to provide the best answers to their questions.
What is more, we can raise awareness among all the different parties involved in a project, not only our personnel but also our subcontractors, in terms of managing the technical data (design, qualification, configuration management), production and quality, specific to the aeronautical field, with which they are not always familiar.
Finally, this twofold skill meets the expectations of our new customers, who are making increasing demands for advice and support, and doing so at all stages of their aeronautical projects, from specification to in-flight testing.
