Compact diving equipment

This is a piece of diving equipment that is intended to be worn over a flying suit, allowing the occupants of a military helicopter to escape quickly in the event of a forced splashdown.

This fully autonomous equipment consists of a pressure reducer and mouthpiece connected to a 2 dl compressed air cylinder that can be put into the jacket of pilot and passengers. It provides three minutes of self-sufficiency ten metres under water, i.e. the time needed for a person to get out of their safety harness and regain the open air.
