New success for Air Liquide in China

Air Liquide has just been chosen by the Manufacture of Semiconductor STMicroelectronics HYNIX for a third CQC.

Air Liquide has just been chosen by the StMicroelectronics Hynix Semiconductor Inc., Joint Venture based at Wuxi near Shanghai, to supply it with a third continuous gas analysis systems (CQC). This system is intended for the measurement of vector gases to sub-ppb: N2, O2, Ar, CDA.
