When gas process purity is vital, CQC provides an integrated solution that can be used to measure the concentration of some impurities in real time in order to preserve the integrity of the production line or to avert any drift over time.

Some processes in electronics require gases of extreme purity. To guarantee such purities, Air Liquide offers a tailor-made on-line analysis solution known as CQC!

It consists of a gas cabinet comprising not only a set of very high purity analyzers, but also a sampling system and a control system. These can be manual or automatic.

When they are not specified, ALDTA may make the best choice of analyzers on the market while respecting criteria in relation to cost, performance, reliability and support on the end user’s premises.

With a real analysis engineering system in place and armed with more than 20 years experience in the analysis of very high purity gases, ALDTA is also contributing its expertise to the design of the sampling system, an essential feature of CQC! This will provide the high levels of detection of very high purity analyzers and mean that some analyzers can be shared in order to optimize costs.

Lastly, CQC can be automated. The analysis and sampling sequences can be programmed and information from the analyzers concentrated through a programmable logic controller. It can then be transferred to a customer monitoring system or a PC so that the data can be processed.
